Questions Buyers Ask Our Factory
What is the minimum order quantity?
It is flexible and agreed per style - fabric, design and quantity all play a part. Talk to our team with your product in mind and we will give you a straight answer.
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We develop a sample from your tech pack first, and bulk production starts only after you approve it.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product, fabric and quantity. We confirm a delivery date with your quotation, and keep you updated while production runs.
Can I inspect the goods before shipment?
Yes - we welcome third-party inspection, and we propose it ourselves. Anything found is fixed before shipment, never after.
How do I pay?
40% advance with the order and 60% before shipment. Every step is confirmed in writing before money moves.
