The minimum is flexible, with no fixed number set on this page. It is set per order, based on fabric, colours, sizes, decoration and packing, and it works for new brands as well as volume buyers. Send your quantities with the inquiry and we will confirm the minimum that fits your order.

Yes. Private label is part of this product. We can add woven labels, printed neck tape, custom hang tags and custom packaging, and we can print or embroider your artwork by screen printing, DTG, sublimation, embroidery or heat transfer. Pantone colour matching is available, and the full look is checked on a sample before bulk starts.

Lead time is typically 30-45 days for standard orders, counted from approved sample and confirmed fabric. Sample time is agreed separately and samples travel by express courier so you can approve fast. If your date is tight, tell us at inquiry and we will confirm what can be met before you place the order.

The factory works to BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and ISO 9001, with fire and building safety to Accord and Alliance standards. Organic cotton is available with GOTS options, and fabric is sourced from certified mills where the order calls for it. Certificates and test reports can be shared as part of your buyer checks.

Yes. Sample development comes before bulk production. We make a sample to your tech pack, with your fabric, fit, colour, label and decoration, so you can check it in hand and ask for changes. Bulk cutting starts only after you approve the sample.
